Pre-Conference at Walt Disney World 
This program is designed for you to experience service excellence like never before. The goal is to learn from a service leader, Disney, and for you to identify ways that you can exceed expectations at your institution. You will be shown around EPCOT Center in Walt Disney World by an ASEHE guide for this 2-hour experience and then spend time exploring the park on your own.

Logistics 
Before the start of the conference, purchase a specially priced ticket through the link on the ASEHE.net website (if this doesn’t work, call the phone number listed and ask for the special conference rate). Purchasing a park ticket is required and is not part of your ASEHE registration. Please register for the pre-conference "add-on" when registering for the conference (there is no extra registration fee) so that we know to expect you!

Timing 
Pre-conference workshop is scheduled from 10am - 4pm on Tuesday, June 25. Meet with the ASEHE rep at 1pm (location TBC) for a guided experience. Participants are more than welcome to stay at the park the entire day, and past 4pm to enjoy the evening fireworks ...or join us for the evening Welcome Happy Hour at Rollins College!

Debrief 
There will be a debriefing session during the conference for all participants.
