This year’s conference theme shows our commitment to service excellence as a valuable tool to implement and develop throughout higher education to address the continued shifts related to recruitment and retention.

ASEHE 2024 is June 25th - 27th at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. 
Yes. Early Bird will be available from February 15th and has been extended through May 10.
Early Bird Cost: $249 After May 10, the registration fee will be $299.

We have drafted a supervisor justification letter to help you with this. 
The best airport with most connections is the Orlando International Airport (MCO) which is about 20 miles to Rollins College.
The Alfond Inn is offering discounted rates for conference attendees. Use code ASEHE 1 when booking online or mention ASEHE1 when calling the reservation line directly at 407-998-8090. Hotel will honor earlier or later dates if availability, you will have to call to confirm availability. Reservations MUST be made by May 14th to receive this rate. 
Yes! Whether participating in the "pre-conference" experience, spending an evening, or extending your stay at Walt Disney World Resort (WDW), ASEHE is pleased to provide special pricing. Please note: all tickets are purchased through WDW, not ASEHE. Purchase tickets here. 
Pre-Conference at Walt Disney World

An ASEHE EXCLUSIVE!  This program is designed for you to experience service excellence like never before. The goal is to learn from a service leader, Disney, and for you to identify ways that you can exceed expectations at your institution. You will be shown around the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World by an ASEHE guide for this 2-hour experience and then can spend time exploring the park on your own. Please register for the pre-conference when you register for the conference. There is no additional registration fee, however you will need to purchase an after 1pm Disney Park ticket in advance (this type of ticket is exclusively for ASEHE and may not be purchased at the gate): https://www.mydisneygroup.com/asehec24.
Arrive at the Magic Kingdom, Walt Disney World at 1:05pm, Tuesday, June 25.  We will meet you after you go through the turnstiles at the park entrance.  Look for the folx in ASEHE shirts!
